OUR BACKGROUND
Our founder Sean Harber has 20 years of experience in the refrigeration field. His passion for refrigeration started in the United States Marine Corps as an engineer. While in the Marines, he was twice deployed to Iraq where he had to fix critical refrigeration units under very stressful conditions with limited resources. Because of these past experiences there are very few issues that will stress Sean and his team.
We believe in dedication to our customers, doing our job right the first time, not making assumptions, and knowing the cause of the problem. Our leader Sean instills these values in the employees he trains because our values are the foundation of which this business was built upon.
